Jeff Webb (born in January 31, 1982) is an American football wide receiver for the National Football League Kansas City Chiefs. He played high school football at La Quinta High School and college football at San Diego State.

While in high school he was a highly decorated wide receiver from La Quinta. Ranked as the 62nd-best high school receiver in the nation. Named first team all-Desert Valley League, all-CIF Southern Section, all-Western region, and all-state honorable mention ... A SuperPrep preseason All-American... Hauled in 74 receptions for 1,405 yards and 12 touchdowns as a senior ... Recorded 42 catches for 1,126 yards and seven scores as a junior.

During college he became one of the Mountain West Conference's top receivers in 2005. Mastered the one-handed catch as a junior, including a right-handed grab at Michigan that was one college football's plays of the year in 2004 and was featured on ESPN's plays of the week and The Today Show's plays of the month. He earned honorable mention all-league honors each of the past two seasons at San Diego State. Entered his senior year season having caught a pass in 21 straight games. He became SDSU's big-play threat over each of the last two seasons at San Diego State. Finished second in the Mountain West in catches per game in 2004 with an average of 6.45yd. Was 18th nationally in that category, finished 33rd nationally with an average of 78.5 yards per game. That average placed him sixth in the Mountain West Conference. Entered his senior season ninth all-time at SDSU with 142 receptions. Needed just 322 receiving yards to enter the career top-10 in that category. Based on receptions, he was the Mountain West Conference's leading returning receiver.
