Jeff Hephner

Jeff Hephner is an American actor, known for his recurring role as Matt Ramsey during the third season of The O.C. He has also appeared in Law & Order: Criminal Intent and the movie Maid in Manhattan, alongside Jennifer Lopez.
Hephner grew up in a small town called Sand Creek near Adrian, Michigan. He attended Ferris State University on a basketball scholarship.
