Jeffrey Grayer (born December 16, 1965 in Flint, Michigan) is a former journeyman NBA basketball player. A 6’5”, 200 pound shooting guard, Grayer starred at Iowa State University and was a member of the United States 1988 Olympic basketball team. He graduated as Iowa State's All-Time Leading Scorer and in the top 50 scorers in NCAA history. In 1988, he led the Big Eight Conference in scoring and rebounding and was named second-team All-American. Grayer was drafted by the by the Milwaukee Bucks in the 1st round (13th pick overall) of the 1988 NBA Draft. He played nine years in the NBA for five different teams.

In 2001, Grayer helped create the Continental Basketball Association's Flint Fuze franchise in Flint, Michigan and served as head coach in their inaugural season.
