Jeff Carroll (born January 8, 1984 in Alexandria, Virginia) is an American soccer player, who currently plays midfielder and defender for D.C. United in Major League Soccer.
Carroll played college soccer for St. John's University from 2002 to 2005, and for Brooklyn Knights in the USL Premier Development League in 2005. He was selected in the fourth round, 39th overall, in the 2006 MLS SuperDraft by D.C. United.
His teammate Brian Carroll is his brother.
