Peck was arrested in 1798 and released when the sedition act expired (1800?), but he was also elected to the sate assembly in 1798 and served there. How? Nonenmac 18:46, 16 Feb 2005 (UTC)

But was he really in war of 1812 and supervisor in his 70's?
