Jean Joho

Jean Joho is a renowned chef and restaurateur. He currently heads the restaurant Everest in Chicago.
Born in Alsace, France, he began his formal training at the age of 13 at L'Auberge de L'lll under master chef Paul Haeberlin. Joho continued to perfect his skill in kitchens throughout Europe. Later, Joho diversified his knowledge by studying at the Hotel Restaurant School in Strasbourg. He now operates four restaurants: Everest; Brasserie Jo in Chicago and Boston; and The Eiffel Tower Restaurant in Las Vegas, Nevada.
