Jean Desforges (born 4 July 1929) is a British athlete who competed mainly in the 100 metres.
She competed for Great Britain in the 1952 Summer Olympics held in Helsinki, Finland in the 4 x 100 metres where she won the bronze medal with her team mates Sylvia Cheeseman, June Foulds and Heather Armitage.
