Jean-Sebastien Fecteau (born on May 7, 1975 in Thetford Mines, Quebec) is a Canadian figure skater. He currently competes in pairs with partner Utako Wakamatsu. Prior to teaming up with Wakamatsu in 2002, he competed with Valerie Saurette.
