Jean-Denis Deletraz (born in Geneve, October 1, 1963) is a former Formula One driver from Switzerland.
He participated in 3 Grands Prix, debuting on November 13, 1994, and scored 0 championship points.
Before reaching Formula 1 he scored two 3rd places in Formula 3000, but he earned his F1 drives based on funding rather than talent.(Illustrated by Jonathan Palmer in 1994, seeing his antics in the Larrousse).
He was always behind the pace of which his cars appeared capable of, although he did finish the 1995 European Grand Prix in 16th place, albeit 7 laps down. Shortly after this race, it became clear that his funding was not reaching the team, so he left and never got another Formula One chance.
He was also active in the 24 Hours of Le Mans.
