"Je Danse Dans Ma Tête" was the third radio single from Dion Chante Plamondon in Canada, released in February 1992. Two months later, the song was issued commercially in France as the first single from that album.

Two remixes of "Je Danse Dans Ma Tête" appeared on promotional single in France: Europe Mix and Club Europe Mix.

The music video was directed by Alain Desrochers and released in May 1992. This video won MuchMusic Video Award for Best Adult Contemporary Video in 1992. It can be found on On Ne Change Pas DVD, released in 2005.

Live version of "Je Danse Dans Ma Tête" was featured on À l'Olympia album. The song was also a part of Céline's 2005 compilation On Ne Change Pas.
