Jay Earl Gell Born June 25th 1962 at Fort Benning’s Martin Army Hospital. Jay Gell is the only son of Sgt. Jack Earl Gell who was killed in action 14 November 1965 in the Ia Drang Valley of Vietnam. The most accurate depiction of this historic event was captured by Civilian photo journalist Joseph L. Galloway. Galloway has co-authored with Commander Hal Moore the detailed account in the book “We Were Soldiers once, and Young” which has been made into the Mel Gibson Movie “We Were Soldiers”.

Jay Gell is the father of three children. Jacquelyn Elaine (first “Marriage”): Jacob Arthur: & Gabriel Beckett Gell. (Second [and last] Marriage). Gell married Morgan Francis Pillsbury on February 14th 2005. Gell’s immediate family opposing the union has been disowned by Gell.

Jay Gell is a paralegal and student of the law. He is a “jack of all trades” having been formally trained as an Automotive Master Technician, DOT Certified Welder, Journeyman Carpenter, and self educated computer technician and programmer.

Jay Gell is most well known for his Legal and Judicial reform works where he has contributed to Legislative reform, Congressional Testimony for equal parental rights, Judicial and Legal misconduct by Officers of the courts, and his passion for the law has led to pro bono works for Attorneys’ of indigent persons in family law courts. Gell has a calling to educate the public, litigants and our representatives of the abusive practices of our Family Law Courts.
