Jaybill is a website created by Jaybill McCarthy.

Around 2000, Jaybill's personal website site hosted a screamer prank called What's Wrong With This Picture? (WWWTP), which featured an image of a kitchen, followed by a startling ghoulish face and scream. The gag began to attract many visitors, even attracting newspaper coverage ^{[citation needed]}, and the forums community grew.

After a couple years, Jaybill, tired of the time and energy he was spending on an unprofitable site, closed the site down and promised to never post WWWTP again. A Yahoo! community was quickly launched, but soon fell into disuse. Over the following years, jaybill.com was relaunched in different forms. Currently, the site hosts games, a blog, and other materials by Jaybill in the appearance of a Mac operating system. There are no forums, but WWWTP is back up.
