Jay N. Forrest, D. Min., an Old Catholic scholar, theologian, and author within the Pentecostal/Charismatic movement. He was trained with the Assemblies of God and served as a minister with the International Pentecostal Holiness Church, but became an Old Catholic on February 20, 2005. He received his associate degree from Central Bible College, his bachelor degree from Berean University, his masters degree from The Institute of Biblical Spiritual Direction, and his docorate from Trinity Institute of Christian Counseling. He currently is a Bible Instructor for Holy Spirit School of Ministry in Albuquerque, NM.
