Jay Johnson (ventriloquist)
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Jay Johnson (born July 11, 1949 in Richardson, Texas) is a ventriloquist best known for his role on the television show Soap.
His show, "Jay Johnson: The Two and Only" opened on Broadway to rave reviews at the Helen Hayes Theatre on September 28, 2006. In The Two and Only, Jay deconstructs and demonstrates his lifelong obsession (finding your voice and throwing it!), aided and abetted by a “cast” of zany characters, including his “Soap” alter ego, Bob.
