Gaudencio Aquino Sillona III, better known as JayR, is the prince of RnB in the Philippines.He is one of the host of SOP.He was born on February 1, 1981 (age 25) in Glendale, California.

Jay-R was part of the RnB band ("First Impression) in Los Angeles, California while he was in his teenage years. Bandmates included Jimmy Martinez and Kris Laurence. However, his big break came when he finally decided to engage in Philippine show business through his aunt, Gelene Eugenio, who was a famous choreographer in the Philippines in the 1980's. He signed under Universal Records and soon after, he released his debut album "Gameface" in August 1, 2003. His first single, "Design For Love", was an instant radio favorite, where he showcased his incredible talent as a singer and a song writer. His next single, "Bakit Pa Ba?", written by Vehnee Saturno, has become his trademark song among the Filipino masses, thus making Jay-R a household name. This was followed by yet another Saturno composition entitled "Kung Mahal Mo Siya" from the repackaged "Gameface" album that was released in November, 2003.
