Jassi Jaisi Koi Nahin was a popular show on Sony Entertainment Television (India). The serial was a remake of the colombian telenova Yo Soy Betty La Fea. It was directed by Tony and Deeya J. Singh. The cast includes Mona Singh, Apoorva Agnihotri and Rakshanda Khan.

The main protagonist Jassi is an ugly bespectacled nerd with braces over her teeth and a weird style of dressing. It chronicled her in her workplace and how she wins the hearts of her colleagues and her boss mainly due to her warm and humorous nature and is plotted against by her superior Mallika who feels insecure about her post.
