Jason Patrick Simmons and Kristopher Robert Simmons (born September 19, 2002) are American identical twins. Their parents are Maria and Robert Simmons. They have one older half-brother named Patrick. Since May 2003, they have played the character Wyatt Matthew Halliwell on the TV series Charmed.
