Jason Lee (field hockey player)

Jason David Lee (born May 21, 1970) is a former field hockey player from England, who won 62 caps for England and 25 with Great Britain. He played in the 1992 (Barcelona) and 1996 Summer Olympics (Atlanta). He played the majority of his club hockey for Loughborough Students who he also coached, taking them from the bottom of the Midland Leagues to the top end of the Premier Division of the English Hockey League in just six years.
After his active he became a hockey coach. Lee joined England Hockey as a Regional Academy Coach in 1998 and then took on the role of an assistant coach to both the Men's and Women's England Senior Squads, attending the European Nations Cup, World Cup, Commonwealth Games and Champions Trophy. Lee led Great Britain into the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens, Greece, and finished in fifth place with the English team at the 2006 Men's Hockey World Cup in Mönchengladbach.
