About tochka - I happen to know about this from another context [1]. So, that was written by an expert; it's a long o in toochika. Charles Matthews 16:01, 4 May 2005 (UTC)

Thanks. That information enabled me to find it in the Japanese Wikipedia. It's at トーチカ (copying and pasting into the search box should work). Also in a Japanese dictionary, which confirmed the Russian origin of the Japanese word. Fg2 00:29, May 5, 2005 (UTC)

This appears to be an odd reference: "(Redirected from See the respective operational strategies and tactics)".
