Thanks for your help here. Pavel Vozenilek 11:01, 12 February 2006 (UTC)
- Thanks even more for the articles. When you create one with diacritics it is common to add also redirect without the diacritics, like Ladislav Smocek.

- Done. I hope the following version of the search engine will make this procedure obsolete. JanSuchy 22:03, 14 March 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Zuzana Vejvodová
Hello. I lengthed a sentence on this article and then you reverted it to a shorter one. I'm not sure why you did this, because in my opinion my version made more sense. I'm leaving it as you put it, but perhaps you could message me and let me know if you made this change in line with the wikipedia manual of style? Oliver Keenan 19:08, 11 March 2006 (UTC)
- Dear Oliver, sorry for not discussing the revert in advance. Some time ago, when I started article about Emília Vášáryová, I did it the same way as you propose - full sentence. Jurohi changed it to the Trivia + bullet points + incomplete sentence style, therefore I did the following pages I started (e.g. Martin Huba) the same way. Wikipedia:Manual of Style says "After the initial mention of any name, the person may be referred to by surname only." Personally, I would prefer either full sentence in the 1st paragraph without any trivia section or the shortened version. JanSuchy 21:48, 14 March 2006 (UTC)
- Now it's full sentence without bullet point ;-) JanSuchy 10:29, 6 August 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Czechia-stub
is there any general Czechia-stub (like Template:India-stub) category?
- I'd created one for you: Template:Czech-stub. Enjoy. Pavel Vozenilek 21:31, 17 March 2006 (UTC)
what is more appropriate: The Drama Club (Prague) or Činoherní klub
- Typically, English name is used for an article title.
map for Pernink (no hurry)
- You may help me a bit with it. I create the maps in MS Paintbrush just by moving the red spot while looking into an atlas to estimate the best place. The pictures are then put in Commons under standardized name, into category of its own. I usually first create maps for towns and try to use these maps for neighbouring villages. So far there are almost 200 maps, I guesstimate the needed number around 1000. Pavel Vozenilek 01:22, 18 March 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Hello!
Hi Sucháč (if I may use this nickname),
Thanks for contacting me on the English Wikipedia. I always love hearing from other Wikipedians that are interested in Czech topics, no matter whether it's literature, architecture, or physics.
To explain the en-5 thing—I've been learning (and using) English ever since I turned six. Now that I'm 18 I don't personally feel almost any difference between speaking Czech or English (or German, which is almost my second native language). That's what I also use in my work...translating, writing dictionaries, teaching, etc. But don't worry about which/that very much. :-) Many natives are often not sure either.
I will certainly try to check (or, possibly, even expand) the articles you have created. But please don't be upset if it takes longer than desirable. I'm preparing for my school-leaving exam at the moment, and I'm pretty busy with my jobs as well... However, if you're not sure about something, have a question or so, just let me know and I'll be happy to help you.

[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:Rebelove stage version.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:Rebelove stage version.jpg. The image description page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.
If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.
This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. For assistance on the image use policy, see Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 15:09, 28 July 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Hala Izerska
Hello! I've just transferred Hala Izerska 01.jpg to Commons. It is one of the oldest photos in my collection so I've never had enough will to bring it there. My Commons gallery is not complete, although most of my pictures are there (but not included in the gallery). If you want to see all of my work please visit my user page on pl Wilki. Pictures are presented in several categories (Jelenia Góra and neighborhood, Karkonosze Mountains, Norway, Alps, animals, old postcards, Medicine and others). If you want to transfer other photographs not included in Commons please feel free to do so. Jojo 1 10:30, 7 September 2006 (UTC)
- Thanks Jojo! It is already on Jizera Mountains :-) JanSuchy 11:33, 7 September 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Krysař
Err... well, I seem to remember seeing that spelling somewhere when I created the article - but would you believe it, I can't find it anywhere either, now that I'm trying to look for it! Time to change the spelling in my user page. Thanks for the attention, and by the way:
Could you be so kind as to give a cursory glance at my list of stop-motion films article and see whether I missed any from Czechoslovakia/the Czech Republic? Stop motion was and is quite popular over there, and I have the feeling that I'm still missing some stuff - thanks. :) --Esn 09:08, 10 October 2006 (UTC)
