Jane Hadley Barkley

Jane Hadley Barkley born Elizabeth Jane Rucker (Keytesville, MO, September 23, 1911—1963) is the former Second Lady of the United States and the widow of former Vice President Alben Barkley. She was Vice President Barkley's second wife.

She married Vice President Barkley in November 1949. She served as Second Lady until January 1953, when her husband retired from the vice presidency.
