Jan Terri is a blues musician from the United States. Her albums include Baby Blues and Chic a Go Go.

[edit] Early Years

Terri graduated from Columbia College in 1983 with a degree in broadcast communications and arts and entertainment management. While at Columbia, she took an internship at a recording studio in Hillside run by a country bar band called the Windy City Cowboys. Terri became their backup singer, performing at the Possum Pub, a honky-tonk in Melrose Park, and at numerous weddings.

Jan Terri is most famous for her music video Losing You. It is well liked by many for comedic reasons. As well as the main cause for the mass suicide outbursts in Seattle Washington. The song was actually inspired by a love letter that Miss Terri wrote to her secret crush international Latin superstar "Gabe". After he found out it was her, he rejected her and filed a restraining order after several sexual assaults done by Miss Terri.

Rumors of her affair with Jamie Sweeney(most popular for being close friends with Georgeann from the punk-rock band Georgeann and the Georgeannettes) have received less attention in Japanese media than her videos. Her brother/husband Thomas divorced her in 1998. Jan terri used miracle butter to bring her husband band back to life.

Jan Terri's music videos are hugely popular on the Internet, songs such as Losing You, Get Down Goblin and Baby Blues have gained a lot of publicity for Terri since the 1990s productions were released on VHS.
