Jan Rulewski (1944-) is a Polish politician. Activist of Solidarity. In charge of Bydgoszcz region of Solidarity (1980-1981 and from 1989). Brutally assuaulted by police during the Bydgoszcz events in 1981, interned during the martial law in Poland. Deputy of the Polish parliament (Sejm) from 1991 to 1999. Currently a candidate to the mayor of Bydgoszcz.
