Jan Jakub Zamoyski (1716-1790) was a Polish nobleman (szlachcic).
Jan became the 9th Ordynat of Zamość estate in 1780. He was voivode of Podole Voivodship since 1770 and starost of Lublin. Knight of the Order of the White Eagle, awarded on May 8, 1768.
