[edit] Per WP:ANI.

Per your post at the Administrator's Noticeboard, I have removed direct links to "unauthorized distribution" of your product from Sveasoft and WRT54G, and I will bring DD-WRT to attention at the next possible time. However, for future reference:

  • Wikipedia has a policy of no legal threats; At least on Wikipedia. If you wish to pursue legal action or make a formal request, please direct that to the office of the Wikimedia Foundation. You can find contact information at the website.
  • Wikipedia frowns apon the use of sockpuppets, another term for using various IP addresses or alternate accounts, to edit articles to avoid the three revert rule or to introduce a point of view to a article. Please do not do this in the future.
  • In general, you should not edit articles of which you are the subject, or of which you have a strong connection to, as you do with Sveasoft as it's CEO. Feel free to leave comments on the talk page, or to contact a volunteer who can aid in this.
  • If you feel incorrect facts are severe enough that it would merit legal action, the Wikimedia Foundation may directly assist; It varies greatly on the situation. For some more information on this from the perspective of a Wikipedian, see the office policy.

Thanks. --Avillia (Avillia me!) 04:47, 8 June 2006 (UTC)
