I believe there may be a minor error in the text here. It says that DDI (Database Design) competed with Knowledgeware, but I remember it differently. I believe that what happened was that DDI, in Ann Arbor, merged with Tarkenton's company in Atlanta (called Tarkenton Software, I think), to form Knowledgeware. DDI didn't compete with Knowledgeware, but rather, was one of it's constituent pieces.


RESPONSE TO THE ABOVE COMMENT: The way I remember at the time- and I was an employee of DDI Inc. DDI at that time was not part of Knowledgeware, but competed with it.
