This thing is completely pro-Baker Institute. Is it conservative? Given Baker's involvement with Reagan and both Bushes, it probably is. -Tjss 18:35, 2 April 2006 (UTC)

-- It's bipartisan and a division of Rice University (historically a left-wing institution). It's charter by Rice is to show no bias. Baker is only the honorary chair and name-sake.
