Jamie Thompson

Jamie Thompson is a Canadian musician. He has been a member of the bands The Unicorns, Islands and Th' Corn Gangg, and commonly goes by the stage name J'aime Tambeur.

It turns out that Tambeur played a much more vital role than previously thought. New songs released by Islands are a collaboration between former Unicorns member Nicholas Thorburn and Tambeur, both of whom eagerly admit to the central part they both played in creating their sound.

On May 28th, 2006, it was reported on islandsareforever.com that Jamie had left Islands. A statement by Nick on the website articulated that the band would continue without Jamie and without canceling any shows.

Jamie Thompson is also a British Heavy Metal guitarist in the bands Scurge and Raging Speedhorn
