Jamie Macoun

Jamie Neil Macoun (born August 17, 1961 in Newmarket, Ontario, Canada) is a retired professional ice hockey defenceman who played sixteen seasons in the National Hockey League.
Macoun was signed as an undrafted free agent by the Calgary Flames on January 30, 1983. He was named to the 1984 NHL All-Rookie Team. Macoun played 1128 career NHL games, scoring 76 goals and 282 assists for 358 points, as well as compiling 1208 career penalty minutes. He was a Stanley Cup champion twice, with the Flames in 1989, and with the Detroit Red Wings in 1998.
