James St Clair-Erskine, 3rd Earl of Rosslyn

James St Clair-Erskine, 3rd Earl of Rosslyn (1802-1886) was elected as a Scottish Tory MP for Dysart Burghs, in Fife, in 1830. He was the 3rd Earl of Rosslyn. His father, the 2nd Earl, had been an MP for the same constituency.
