James Simon

Dr. James Simon is a Professor of English and head of the Journalism Program at Fairfield University in Fairfield, Connecticut. Dr. Simon received the National 2003 Teacher of the Year award by the Association for Education in Journalism and Mass Communication (AEJMC).
Dr. Simon was a recipient of a national fellowship in the Institute for Journalism Excellence awarded by The American Society of Newspaper Executives.[1] He also serves as faculty adviser to The Fairfield Mirror, the student newspaper.
