Air Marshal Sir James Anthony Rowland, AC, KBE, DFC, AFC KStJ (Armidale, November 1, 1922 – May 27, 1999) was Chief of Air Force (March 1975 - March 1979) and Governor of New South Wales January 20, 1981 – January 20, 1989.
