[edit] Big Brother 6
James was one of fourteen houseguests in Big Brother 6, where all contestants entered the house with a secret partner from a pre-existing relationship, and attempted to survive until the end of the show for a chance to win a large cash prize. James' secret partner was his girlfriend, Sarah Hrejsa. However, Sarah was evicted in the fifth week of the show, and James was evicted in the eighth week. During that season, he was a constant target, but proved difficult to eliminate, as he is tied with winning the most veto competitions in Big Brother USA history. James was often targeted because he was considered deceptive by the other houseguests. His elimination occurred when the two opposing alliances in the house - The Sovereign and Friendship Alliances - came together to eliminate him. James was never Head of Household during Big Brother 6, but later became the Head of Household in week three of Big Brother 7.
[edit] Post-Big Brother 6
James has continued to date, and live with Sarah Hrejsa. He has also continued to work as a loss prevention manager, and trying to become a model.
[edit] Big Brother 7
James was chosen by the public to be a houseguest on the seventh season of Big Brother, Big Brother: All Stars. He was joined by former Big Brother 6 contestants Janelle Pierzina, Howie Gordon and Kaysar Ridha. Shortly after entering the house James aligned himself with his fellow Big Brother 6 housemates. As of Week 4, the Big Brother 6 group has been a force to be reckoned with in competitions.
He finally won Head of Household on the third week of Big Brother All-Stars. He nominated Will Kirby and "Chicken" George Boswell. George won the golden Power of Veto, and removed himself from the chopping block. Following this, James nominated Jase Wirey, who was unanimously evicted by the nine houseguests that were eligible to vote. Many houseguests stated that they felt Jase was unfairly back-doored, as he and James had spoken about not nominating each other until a much later week. James put Jase in a position where he had little chance of being spared from eviction, because, as being nominated after the POV competition, Jase did not have an opportunity to compete to save himself.
James' decision to nominate Jase, as opposed to Mike "Boogie" Malin, was made when members of the Season 6 Alliance agreed that if one of them won the Head of Household position in the coming week, week 4, they would nominate Will and Boogie for eviction. In week 4, Season 6 alliance member Janelle Pierzina won HOH, but nominated Boogie, as well as Erika Landin for eviction. When Boogie won the Power of Veto, and removed himself from being nominated, Janelle nominated Diane Henry instead of Will, effectively breaking her promise to her alliance members.
At the end of a recent episode of Big Brother Seven that aired in Week 4, on August 1, 2006 on CBS, James was shown furiously stating, "As far as the BB6 alliance goes, I'm done," and adding "I'm going to do whatever it takes to make sure Janelle gets screwed."
In recent weeks, James has allied himself with Season Three's Danielle Reyes. She was described as his "parachute" by Will, who noted that each of the BB6 housemates, except Howie Gordon, seemed to find an extra alliance outside that of the BB6 one. James has also gravitated towards Season 5's Diane Henry, and has attempted to defend her from being nominated. He was shown as saying, "I want to start the revolution," meaning that he will most likely attempt to ally with "Floaters" (those who do not have any set alliance) Danielle, George, Season 3's Marcellas Reynolds, and either Erika or Diane, whoever does not get evicted on August 3, in an attempt to remove the Janelle from the game.
In week 4, he voted to evict Diane, a potential ally, despite his plan to keep her in the house against Janelle's wishes.
During the Head of Household competition in week 5, James received a pass to nullify an eviction vote. He was put up to be evicted by ally Danielle as a pawn to get Janelle out of the house. Once Janelle won POV Kaysar went up in her place. During the live show on August 10, Kaysar was evicted by a vote of 5 to 1. He received votes from Howie and Janelle, but James chose to nullify Janelle's vote. Also, in week five James with Danielle, Will, and Boogie became allies and called themselves the Legion of Doom. James also received a phone call with girlfriend Sarah Hrejsa (of Big Brother 6) as part of the Veto competition.
In week 7, a double-eviction week began with Geoge winning HOH and putting James and Erika up, James won Veto, and Howie was put up in his place where he got evicted. During the second part of the week , Mike "Boogie" won the second HOH, and put up Janelle and James, Janelle went on to win veto. And by a 3-1 vote, James was evicted.
In the finale, James voted for Mike Malin to win. Mike won and was awarded $500,000. Erika Landin, who was the runner up, won $50,000.
