James Otteson

James Otteson is an American philosopher. He currently serves as Chairman of the Department of Philosophy at the University of Alabama. He earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Notre Dame and his Ph.D. from the University of Chicago.

Otteson is best known for his writings on the ethics of Adam Smith.
