James Mott

James Mott (June 20, 1788 - January 26, 1868) was a U.S. abolitionist. He was the husband of Lucretia Mott.

Mott was born in North Hempstead. He married Lucretia Mott in 1811.

He died in 1868 in Brooklyn, New York.
