James MacColl

James Eugene MacColl (27 June 1908 - 17 June 1971) was a British Labour politician. He was Member of Parliament for Widnes from 1950 until his death in 1971. From 1964 to 1969, was Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Housing and Local Government.
