James Dudgeon (born March 19, 1981 in Newcastle upon Tyne) is a Scottish footballer, currently playing for York City.

He started out his career at Barnsley, with some of this time spent on loan to Lincoln City then moved onto Scarborough, Halifax and Leigh RMI before settling at York City.

He has missed several games lately because of illness, but he has now shrugged this off and was fit for York City's game against Oxford United, but was not selected.
