James Bittner (born February 2, 1982) is an English professional footballer. He was born in Devizes, Wiltshire.
He was playing in goal for non-league Salisbury City when he joined Bournemouth on non-contract terms in March 2002. He failed to make an appearance for Bournemouth and joined Chippenham Town, before moving to Exeter City in July 2003, immediately becoming the first choice goalkeeper in their Conference side. In August 2005, after being released by Exeter, he was surprisingly signed by Leroy Rosenior for Torquay United as goalkeeping cover for Andy Marriott. He failed to appear in the Torquay side and was released at the end of the following season.
