James Baron is an Arena Football League offensive/defensive lineman for the Nashville Kats, He previously played for the Chicago Rush.

Baron attended Donald E. Gavit High School in Hammond, Indiana, and was a standout in football and wrestling. In football, he won All-State honors as a senior.
