Jake T. Forbes

Jake T. Forbes has edited and adapted over 50 Japanese and Korean manga series for Tokyopop, VIZ Media and Go! Comi, including such titles as Fullmetal Alchemist and Fruits Basket. He also co-edited a best-selling Warcraft adaptation, written by Richard A. Knaak.
As a columnist and journalist, Jake T. Forbes covered anime, manga and pop culture for the L.A. Times, The Pulse (comics news), and Animefringe. His debut fiction work is Return to Labyrinth, an authorized sequel to the 1986 Jim Henson film Labyrinth (film), illustrated by Chris Lie. The first volume debuted in August 2006, and the series is ongoing. He is a Quest Writer for the MMORPG Gods & Heroes: Rome Rising.
