Jake Richardson

Jake Richardson (born 22 October 1987) is a football midfielder, currently contracted to Coca Cola Championship side Sunderland.
Richardson was originally part of the youth set-up at Sunderland, but was released by the club when his contract expired in summer 2006.
After unsuccesful trials with Coventry, Hartlepool and York, Richardson was re-signed by the club on a professional deal in September 2006.
Richardson's father, Kevin, is currently reserve team coach at Sunderland.
