Jagged Edge is a 1985 film starring Glenn Close, Jeff Bridges, Robert Loggia and Peter Coyote. It is a courtroom thriller with a 1940s feel.
When San Franciso heiress Paige Forrester is murdered at her remote beach house husband Jack (Jeff Bridges) is shocked. To make matters worse he is then accused of the murder and made to stand trial. Hiring Lawyer Teddy Barnes (Glen Close) to defend him, this is despite the fact she hasn't handled any criminal case in years. Other the course of time a chemistry between them both appears to grow, along with Forrester's charming yet manipulative manner Teddy finds herself defending a man she has fallen in love with.
As the tagline of the film states When a murder is this shocking which do you trust your emotions or your evidence?
