[edit] Sports teams
I've marked a number of the articles you've made for sports teams for speedy deletion. Specifically under category A7:
- Unremarkable people or groups/vanity pages. An article about a real person, group of people, band, or club that does not assert the importance or significance of its subject. If the assertion is disputed or controversial, it should be taken to AFD instead. (See Wikipedia:Deletion of vanity articles for further guidance on this criterion).
Just listing the name of a team isn't criteria for having an article. eaolson 03:13, 30 July 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Image tagging for Image:Kit right armRightarmtramlines.png
Thanks for uploading Image:Kit right armRightarmtramlines.png. The image has been identified as not specifying the source and creator of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. If you don't indicate the source and creator of the image on the image's description page, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided source information for them as well.

[edit] North Harbour Rugby Union
Hey man, got your image working for ya. Your NPC team pages are almost looking as good as my Bartercard Cup ones :P Mattlore 00:16, 2 September 2006 (UTC)
[edit] License tagging for Image:CMRFUSteelers.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:CMRFUSteelers.jpg. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.
For more information on using images, see the following pages:
This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 10:04, 3 September 2006 (UTC)
[edit] New Zealand schools
Hi. I tagged one of your school articles as possibly being non-notable. I won't bother tagging all of them, especially because I'm not familiar with the precedents for schools, but you might want to take a look at Wikipedia:Schools. Cordless Larry 08:25, 17 September 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Bush RFC, Woodville
A tag has been placed on Bush RFC, Woodville, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. If you plan to provide more material to the article, I advise you to do so immediately, and also put a note on Talk:Bush RFC, Woodville. An administrator should check for such edits before deleting the article. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Please read our criteria for speedy deletion, particularly item 1 under Articles. Please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources which verify their content. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait a while for you to add contextual material, please affix the template {{hangon}}
to the page, and then immediately add such material.Diez2 22:40, 25 October 2006 (UTC)
