[edit] RVW Symphony Numbering

I'll dig up references: originally, as you say, RVW published them as "Symphony in D Minor" etc, but at No. 8 or 9, because they could be confused with others he began to number those symphonies without titles. I think it was [say] "Symphony in E minor (No 6)", or "Sixth symphony in E minor" rather than "Symphony No 6 in E minor". I'm also checking Russell's reference to his atheism.
