Jackviper are a sleaze rock band formed in London, UK during 2005, and have quickly risen to be one of the biggest bands on the UK's exploding sleaze rock scene: In just over a year, Jackviper have toured Germany with the LA Guns, and been on several major national UK tours supporting multiplatinum selling artists such as Vixen, House of Lords, and Slunt. Jackviper are the first unsigned band in history to have a full song pre-loaded onto half a million Creative Zen V MP3 players, and have recently landed an endorsement deal from amp giants Marshall Amplification. Jackviper have also been featured twice by Europe's biggest metal magazine Metal Hammer who describe the band as having "The speed of Motörhead and the intensity of Guns N' Roses, notoriety and infamy awaits".

- Within months of forming and recording their debut EP 'Sleazy Listening', JACKVIPER were asked to provide the soundtrack to the Axl Rose DVD: "The Prettiest Star" released worldwide. Weeks later JACKVIPER were flown out to Germany to support the legendary L.A. Guns on their German tour.
- Upon their return, JACKVIPER recorded their second EP 'Another Dirty Threesome', again to rave reviews and their track 'MerryGoRound' was voted 9th Best Song of 2005 by www.sleazeroxx.com beating artists such as Alice Cooper. In February 2006, JACKVIPER appeared on US rock label Perris' Records 'Hollywood Hairspray 5' compilation released worldwide.
- In May 2006, Metal Hammer, Europe's leading metal magazine ran an article on JACKVIPER in their "Breaking Bands" section. JACKVIPER shared the stage with the likes of Robin Black at London's Camden Underworld and Vixen and House of Lords on their full UK Summer Tour '06.
- JACKVIPER returned to the studio to record their third EP, 'Murder 1' from which the infamous track 'Go Fuck Yourself' was featured on PureRawk's compilation 'Unsigned and Unleashed' released nationwide. On the strength of this release, the legendary amp company Marshall Amplification officially endorsed JACKVIPER. In the words of Motörhead's Lemmy: 'Marshall amps and speakers have stood behind me on every continent in the world (except Africa) and I have never found anyone better to have at my back.'
- Creative Zen then approached JACKVIPER for material to use on their Zen 'V' MP3 players. JACKVIPER recorded 'Spider to the Fly' which was subsequently pre-loaded onto 500,000 V MP3 players available all over Europe and the Russian territories.
- In September 2006, Metal Hammer placed JACKVIPER's song 'Spider to the Fly' on their covermount CD along with artists such as Trivium and Wednesday 13 and throughout October 2006 JACKVIPER toured the UK with NYC rock band Slunt.
