Jackson Local Schools is a school district located in Stark County, Ohio, United States.

The school mascot is a Polar Bear and Jackson's chosen colors are purple and gold. The district's athletic rival is the Hoover Vikings of the nearby North Canton City Schools. Jackson High School is currently undergoing extensive renovation and expansion, a construction project that is projected to conclude by the end of 2007.

Jackson Local Schools' superintendent is Mrs. Cheryl Haschak who has held said position since August of 2003 [1]. The district's facilities include four elementary schools as well as a singular middle and high school [2].

The high school's music department staged Stephen Sondheim's Into the Woods as its 2006 theatre production while the middle school will stage Grease Jr. in the Spring of 2007[3].
