Jackson's Whole is planet in the Science Fiction series the Vorkosigan Saga. It is known for being a complete capitalistic society. Everything is done around money. Basically nothing is illegal provided you can pay for it. In fact, someone has to pay for your arrest and you can outbid them for your freedom.

Jackson's Whole was probably based around the idea of pure capitalism. It is possible The United States was used as a partial basis.
