Jackrabbit Slim's
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Jackrabbit Slim's is a fictional 50's-style theme diner featured in Quentin Tarantino's Pulp Fiction (1994). It is a key part of the film as it shows the "date" between Marsellus Wallace's wife, Mia (Uma Thurman), and Vincent Vega (John Travolta) which was set up by Wallace as a way to keep his wife company while he was out of town.
Jackrabbit's came complete with waiters, waitresses, and hosts impersonating various rock and roll, movie, and media icons such as Marilyn Monroe, Buddy Holly, and Ed Sullivan. It also featured Travolta and Uma's characters dancing in a dance contest.
