Jackie Clarke is a notable writer, actor, professional radio broadcaster and fixture of the New York City improv comedy scene. She is often confused with an Australian mother of two in Wikipedia and media other Internet-based references.

Jackie began her radio career in January 2006 on 92.3 WFNY-FM with the late-night talk show "The Jake and Jackie Show" with Jake Fogelnest which was show was canceled in May 2006. Since the show's cancellation, Clarke has proved to be an adaptable and versatile radio talent who has been paired with radio personalities such as Danny Bonaduce, Sid Rosenberg, Crazy Cabbie and Nick DiPaolo. She currently can been heard on 92.3 FREE-FM every Thursday morning with "The Doghouse JV and Elvis".

As a stage performer she has appeared in "Late Night with Conan O'Brien," "Straight Plan for the Gay Man" on Comedy Central, VH-1 and "Meow TV" on Oxygen. You can hear her as the voice of Hooks, in Fuse TV’s Empire Square. As an improv perfomer, she was a founding member of the improv group Respecto Montalban and currently performs with Death by Roo Roo. Individually she has written and performed two one-person shows, "Mail Order Family" (formerly "Big Vagina Monologues") and "Full Metal Jackie." Other credits include "Beneath the Valley of the Switchblade Pussycats," "NeoTokyo Girl Crush! 2040," "When Amish Attack" and "George Bush is a Motherfucker." You can see her in the long running “Showgirls: The Best Movie Ever Made Ever!” which she also co-created and co-wrote.

Jackie performs frequently at NYC's Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre.

Jackie has been sued by both her stepmother and Eve Ensler.
