Jack Thompson (August 17, 1904 — April 9, 1946) was an American bare-knuckle boxer. Born in Los Angeles, he started his professional career in San Francisco and gained the nickname "The Frisco Flash".
Thompson fought in the welterweight division and in 1928 he beat the welterweight champion, Joe Dundee, but not in a title fight. He did get a title bout against Jackie Fields the following year, lost, then finally came back to beat Fields for the title in 1930. Thompson lost the title to Tommy Freeman later that year, reclaimed it by knocking Freeman out in a 1931 bout, and then lost the title to Lou Brouillard. Thompson ended his career in 1932 and died in 1946.
